I’m Kaymon Platt the the son of Robyn and Troy Platt. On this morning of August 18th my parents woke up to their house going up in flames. Both of my Parents got out of the house with minor injuries but the house is destroyed along with everything inside of it. If you don’t know my parents then here is who they are, My mother is the strongest woman I know she’s ran Wendy’s in LaJunta for almost 30 years and used to be top 15 in the nation and now she’s top 200 after being back working there for only 3 years she’s the hardest working woman with the biggest heart you’ve ever seen and she has worked so hard her entire life to make sure her family has everything we needed and it’s all gone within a single morning. My Dad on the other hand is the hardest working man you’ve ever seen and one of the best singers I’ve ever seen with the biggest heart underneath the iron walls that he put up to make sure there is someone that is always standing tall and strong for our family. Both of them are the reason I am who I am today and they did everything they could for me and my sister and everyone else around us. God blessed us by keeping them safe along with all of our dogs. But in the end they did not deserve this but somehow bad things always happen to the best people.
