On Tuesday morning (11/04/2025), my uncle Roberto was taken by ICE while waiting for a friend at the Embassy Apartments. He was simply doing a favor, waiting so his friend could drop off their child at the bus stop before they both went to work. As the kids were getting on the bus, ICE suddenly showed up and detained both my uncle and his friend. The children on the bus watched everything happen... some were crying and scared as they saw their parents run away from the situation in pure fear.

Roberto is a hardworking man who came here to provide a better life for his two young daughters (pictured above). They are his entire world and the reason he works so hard every single day. That morning, he was just at the wrong place at the wrong time and just trying to help a friend get to work. Our family is heartbroken and desperate to bring him home.

We're raising funds to help cover legal fees, bond costs, and support for his family while he's detained. Every donation - big or small - helps us get one step closer to reuniting Roberto with his loved ones and letting him continue working for the future of his daughters.
