Help Us Bring Eva Ruth Home Through Adoption

Hi, we’re Robert and LeAnn, and we are overjoyed to share that we are adopting a precious baby girl—our little Eva Ruth. She is due March 5th, and her name holds deep meaning for us: Eva means "life," and Ruth was my grandmother’s middle name. She passed away this past December, and she was actually Eva’s great-great-grandmother. We feel that this name beautifully honors both our faith and our family.

This adoption is more than just a legal process for us—it’s a calling. Eva Ruth is already part of our family by blood, and now, by God’s grace, she will be our daughter.

Our Need

Since we live in Tennessee and Eva will be born in South Carolina, the adoption process comes with huge legal fees. We are required to have attorneys in both states, and due to the Interstate Compact for the Placement of Children (ICPC), we may have to stay in South Carolina for several weeks before we can bring our baby girl home.

We know that God’s timing is not always our timing, but we trust His perfect plan. As Romans 8:28 reminds us, "And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love Him, who have been called according to His purpose." We have prayed over this decision, and we truly believe that this is God’s will for our family. Now, we are reaching out for support—whether through prayers, donations, or sharing our story.
