At 2:30 this morning (July 9th) Rob and Hailee were awakened to every family's worst nightmare—a fire spreading through their home. With only moments to react, they gathered their four children and were able to get out. The fire marshal later told them that if they had been just a few minutes later, they likely would not have survived. About 10 minutes after that, the entire roof collapsed.

While we are so incredibly grateful that every member of the family made it out safely, their home was completely destroyed. Nothing is salvageable. Anyone who knows Rob and Hailee knows they are the kind of people who are always there to help others. They are hardworking, generous, and compassionate, and they have spent countless hours serving friends, family, and their community. Now they are facing the overwhelming task of rebuilding their lives from the ground up. The funds raised will help provide immediate necessities for their family of six, including clothing, food, shoes, toiletries, school supplies, and other essential items as they begin the long process of recovery.
