Today is Giving Tuesday, and it’s a day that reminds us why we do what we do. This summer, many of you helped us save Remington after he was hit by a car — and because of the strength of this incredible community, he’s now living his happiest life. Today, we are asking for that same love for Ringo. Ringo was hit by a car, leaving him with severe injuries and in immense pain. His previous caretaker, unable to afford the urgent medical care he needed, was heartbreakingly considering euthanasia. No dog should ever face losing their life simply because treatment is too expensive. We stepped in to make sure Ringo got a fighting second chance. After an emergency assessment with lots of x-rays, it’s clear that Ringo urgently needs a left back leg amputation as well as surgery to repair a broken tibia on the opposite leg. Without these procedures, he cannot walk, rest comfortably, or live anything close to a pain free life. Your support is what makes these miracles possible. Truly we can’t do this without you.
