Help Ring in Mrs. Cullen's Retirement!

Hello, past and present Broadway families!

After a long, illustrious 20 years at Broadway, Mrs. Rae Cullen is ready to embark on a new journey and we need your help to give her the retirement send-off that she deserves!

As a current Broadway parent with a second child finishing with Mrs. Cullen, I can firsthand say that she is a phenom among teachers. Our family, as well as many others, have been with her through the pandemic, remote learning, and health issues. She has powered through it all and kept our kids on track, if not ahead. She rarely ever missed an opportunity to teach our kids. That's dedication for you.

She has instilled a love of reading in scores of Broadway kids and inspired them to explore and question. Her wisdom, encouragement, and patience have made such a difference in my own kids' educational success; I know that many other families believe this as well.

Mrs. Cullen's unwavering commitment to our kids is a testament to why I believe that she is worth her weight in diamonds. Let's show her how we feel and get her ready to shine for the best retirement possible!

We will be celebrating both Mrs. Cullen and Principal Wang on June 4th, 10am - 1pm at Culver City Park in the grassy field and picnic tables closest to Jefferson Ave. More information and volunteer potluck sign ups coming soon. We will be presenting this fund and her photobook at the event.
