We are still trying to secure enough funds to acquire a replacement Cellar cooler, we've identified a few at a lower price which would enable us to open sooner, this would be probably be a short cut and a more robust unit purchased later after we start trading, so again we ask you to help us, every little donation will help so please think and then act we really do appreciate your help.

The Challenge:

Our pub needs some urgent TLC, and we've uncovered two essential projects that require immediate funding:

A new cellar cooling system (£3600) but now revised down to around £2600 is needed to keep our drinks cellar chilled and our food fresh.

A state-of-the-art cooker hood/canopy, and extractor system (£4000) again a revised figure of around £3000;has been identified and is required to enable us to prepare safely the food we wish to serve you like our delicious Mediterranean cuisine. Of Pizza,Pasta and Grills.

Our latest quote is £2814 and that's fitted and including VAT, so our initial target of £2000 would be about right for the cellar cooler problem.
