My name is Timothy Andrew Levy, a Canadian husband and father of seven amazing children. In March 2025, my wife and I filed for my green card so I could join her and our eldest son in USA—but immigration takes time, and we’ve now been separated across borders for months.

I’m caring for our six youngest children alone in Canada—one with autism, one with severe ADHD, and a newly weaned baby who was still dependent on his mother when we were forced apart.

We’ve done everything legally, in good faith, and with patience. But the financial burden has become overwhelming:
