Thank you for your faithful investment in our refugee resettlement in our community. We are raising funds for the reunification flights of Afghan refugee spouses and children to reunite the Afghan refugee families of our Muncie community.

After four years of hard work, we are delighted to share, one displaced family of eight is ready for reunification. Would you consider making a donation to make this reunification possible?

The E family was separated by war and the airlift evacuation from Afghanistan four years ago. We cannot imagine family separation for so many years and not knowing if they remain safe. After working several years through this process, we are now making arrangements for reunification of the wife and seven children to fly to America and make our small town home! Would you consider helping make this possible?

The family holds visas to cross into Pakistan for their expedited evacuation appointment at the US Embassy in order to make the journey to the United States. The family's 90 day medical visas expire on January 7th, so the need is urgent to raise funds for flights before the visas expire.

The cost of flights from Pakistan to Dubai and then to Chicago is approximately $900 per person. There will also be a small flight fee incurred for evacuation from Afghanistan to Islamabad, Pakistan likely around $300 per person (at least we hope). So it is going to be a minimum of $1,200 per person. We need $9,600 to purchase tickets in order to reunite this family. The family will fly into Chicago where we will pick them up to avoid incurring additional flight costs.
