Help Reunite Paula with Her Family

My name is Ana, Paula's sister. As many of you know, Paula is going through some difficult times. This is a very sensitive topic and, at first, she didn't want a lot of people to find out about her current situation. We respected her decision, hoping that her situation would be resolved within a few days. A month later, we are still fighting and doing everything we can to reunite our family.

Back in 2001, my parents made the courageous decision to leave Argentina and move to the United States, all in pursuit of a better future for me and my siblings. Paula was only 9 years old. Unfortunately, 24 years later, she is now in removal proceedings due to the immigration system. Paula can be a hardheaded person but she is also the most transparent, kind, loving, caring, honest person you could ever know. We were hesitant about asking for help, but there's also a lot of people that care about her and want to help. We’ve decided to create this GoFundMe to make the financial burden a little bit easier for our family.

Lawyers, court fees, and bonds can get really expensive, and we realized that a little bit of support from the people around us could make this difficult process a little bit easier.

We are hoping that we get to see Paula again on Wednesday and that she gets the chance to be with her family and friends again. She is grateful every day for the love and support that we receive from all of you, and I hope she can thank each and every one of you in person soon.
