We are asking for your help to reunite our family.
I am an American citizen married to Nina, a Polish citizen, and together we have two wonderful children: Lionel, age 4, and Nataniel, who is 18 months old. We live in Farmington, Minnesota.
Nearly two years ago, we filed all the required immigration paperwork for my wife to obtain lawful permanent residency and continue her path toward U.S. citizenship. We have been waiting ever since for a decision.
Tragically, Minnesota became a major focus of ICE operations, and because my wife's immigration case was still pending, she was caught up in those enforcement actions. On March 31, she was taken into ICE custody.
Due to restrictions at the detention facility, our children have not been able to see their mother since she was detained. She was a stay-at-home mom, and every day our boys ask where she is and when she is coming home. They miss her more than words can express.
Since my wife was detained, I have been unable to return to work consistently and have lost my job. Despite doing everything we can to fight this, we are now facing the devastating reality of her deportation. The emotional and financial toll on our family has been overwhelming.
We are humbly asking for your help so we can be together again. We are raising funds to cover plane tickets for me and our children, temporary housing for my wife while we get back on our feet, and essential household items such as a crib and other necessities.
Our goal is to raise $7,000, but every donation—no matter the amount—will make a meaningful difference.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to everyone who is willing to help reunite our family. If you are unable to donate, please consider sharing our story and keeping our family in your thoughts and prayers. God Bless.
