Help Reunite Malena and Her Family

This is such a tragedy! My autistic birth daughter was taken by dcf 3 weeks after my mom passed away suddenly, because they said I didn't have any rights. I signed my rights over in 2011 in a closed adoption to my mom but it is a broken adoption. My child grew up with me. I lived with my mom as well and she knows me as her mom. She was taken 11/30/2022. She was then placed into crosswinds youth center in cocoa. Some 16 year old boy who was in foster care himself drugged and raped her in the 8th of December. He did take her virginity. She wanted to save it until marriage like my mom did. I got word of what happened on December 13th and I ended up reporting everything to the Palm Bay cops. I lost my mind and I did let my house go into forclosure. Malena wilder started running away back home in February 24th. She told me everything that happened to her and she was so confused because she was and still is taking all electronics away from her. I told her yes to stay home I'll protect her from them, so I did. I home schooled her for months. The Palm Bay police kept coming over and finding her there so I got arrested for harboring a runaway. I got out the next day with ptr and Lena was still a runaway but since the cops kept constantly passing, she couldn't come home so she ended up getting pregnant. I did have an open case on me but I still at her come home. I was so scared though if getting caught. It really broke my heart that I couldn't even be there when she gave birth to my grandson. I did finally beat that harboring a runaway charge on my own on March 10,2025. I didn't have anyone on my side. My pd told me I didn't have to show up but he just kept getting the case continued so I wouldn't get any help with getting custody back of her. The case was dropped a while ago, and her guardian was trying to make her look incompetent so she could steal my grandson or get custody. She was getting $3500 a month for my kid and grandson. I thought for years there I still had a no contact order with her for no reason. Tbe state some how turned it around on me, but I had a long conversation with the chief of Palm Bay and I told him what her guardian plan was and how she's stuck. He caughr Malena and her friend at my house. I did ask him about the no contact order and he looked it up and said that's been dropped for months now. I told him that I'll do it again catch that harboring a runaway charge and I'll beat it again I said my child comes to me for help in a messed up situation she's in yeah she's a runaway from the state but what am I gonna do tell her I can't help her and turn her away. I said no I'm not doing that I'll go down for my blood I'm not calling the cops on her, so he filed for guardianship on my behalf that night I didn't find out for a couple of days and when I did I thanked him so much. I am low income. I just sold my house thinking I would have money for an attorney to get guardianship of her and my grandson JoJo. They are in Ocala at our hands of mercy. In foster care. She's 16 now. I really need help to get an attorney. I learned years ago from the Constitution from social security cuz my kid is on it that since I signed my rights over to my mom that dcf shoulda gave me guardianship of her instead of taking her into foster care where the state only gets federal money from the government. I just bought property with the money from my mom's house in Volusia county. I really need help with this. The pain is so unreal knowing that my government tore my family apart for money.
