Addison is a beautiful and spirited 7-year-old girl who has been torn away from her loving father and family by a disturbed individual who has used fraud, deceit, and manipulation to keep her isolated and in harm’s way. Her father, a man who has overcome incredible odds—including surviving a life-threatening stroke—is now facing the unimaginable: fighting an uphill battle to reunite with his daughter while navigating a flawed and prejudiced system.
This is a story of love, resilience, and determination, but also one that highlights the systemic failures of child welfare and the devastating effects it can have on innocent children like Addison.
