Help Reunite Addison with Her Loving Family

April 27th, 2019, my entire world turned upside down. I had made some really stupid decisions involving drugs, and because of those decisions, my 4 children, Mollie, Maddie, Skyler, and Addison, were taken from me. Custody of Mollie was given to my sister Krystal, Maddie and Skyler were given to their father Zach, and Addison was given to her father Doug. Fast forward to today, I'm 3 YEARS SOBER. I have custody of Mollie, Maddie, and Skyler. I have corrected all the things that made me an unfit parent and caused my children to be taken. I have stable housing, and I’m employed.

What I don’t have is a huge piece of my heart. My Addison! Her father refuses to allow me to see her, speak to her, or have contact of any kind with her. I have not been able to hug her or even tell her that I love her in 4 years, and I only got to then because I saw her in secret. After her father found out about it, it was over.

Her father blames it on a “temporary no contact order” that expired on July 24, 2020. PARENTAL ALIENATION IS REAL!

I miss my girl, and she misses me! I have petitioned the court of Winston County for visitation, but since Doug took Addison and moved her 1,500 miles away to the state of Maine and did not notify the court that he was moving, this is no longer a simple matter. I need an attorney that is experienced in parental kidnapping, interstate custody, and the Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction and Enforcement Act (UCCJEA). These cases can be complex, so an attorney familiar with the relevant laws and procedures is essential.

With that being said, I’m sure you can guess it’s not cheap. The retainer is 3k. So, Facebook friends and family, I’m asking for your help to help me bring my girl back home to me, her brothers and sisters, and her grandparents who miss her terribly. My heart will NEVER be whole without her, and hers never without me. I made a mess of my life, but I’m also busting my butt to clean my mess up. My girl deserves to get to love me just like she loves her dad.
