Rose a toy australian shepherd and her 3 week old puppies were stolen by law enforcement without a warrant.
June 28, 2018 Rose and her puppies were "ILLEGALLY SEIZED" from an open- air stock trailer in the town of Taylor, TX outside Austin.
      I passed through the town and stopped for a short time for lunch, parked in the shade, Fed, watered and let Rose potty.  13 mins after my leaving the trailer the Taylor police arrived, cut the lock, and removed Rose and her puppies, who by their own video were in absolutely no distress. The temperature by the report was 88 degrees and overcast. 
       Once taken to a vet, the dogs were deemed healthy, no treatment of any kind was given to the puppies and subcoutaneous fluids were given to rose as a precaution, because by report she had puppies and was in the trailer an undetermined amount of time. A report was given to authorities that dogs were in good condition, however, a warrant was filed for my arrest for animal cruelty anyway after the condition of the dog was known.
        Williamson County has charged me with a Class A misdemeanor- cruelty to no livestock animals- Failure to provide care, food, water or shelter- punishable with up to 1 year in jail for stopping to eat while passing through their town with healthy dogs, placed in the open air, ventilated area of my stock trailer, in the shade where the temperature was from 78-81 degrees. 
       So far I have been forced to pay a ransom to keep the dogs from being adopted or euthanized in the amount of $75/day with no hearing date set as of 7/21.
       Securing representation for the criminal charges has proven near impossible; my civil rights as a human have been tread upon and my bail set higher than, aggravated robbers, and child molesters around me while imprisoned ($7500).
       If you care anything about your rights in this county, please take notice to the government overreach, illegal search and seizure, and many other illegal acts that have been acted upon me by the very people that we trust to serve and protect.
