Help retire Mr. Kim and his Wife by buying their business

Mr Kim and his Wife have owned a fashion retail store named young fashion for the last 25+ years they work in the store everyday and try to make an honest living with what they have in store, due to the age and fallout of their technological abilities it has been tough for them to update the store with inventory that actually moves. I have tried to help by getting them foot traffic and more customers in the door with social media campaigns, advocating to help them create an online webstore for others to purchase around the world. However they frowned upon the idea due to the complications that would ensue for it. I tried handing Mr. Kim $400 today from a sponsor I had in my video that featured him, he did not want the money but he did allow for me to buy clothing off of him in his store. His wife briefly mentioned how they want peace and plan on closing the store soon, I have the vision that we can retire Mr. Kim and let him and his wife live a peaceful life.
Theres a few ways this would go down
1. Straight up by the business and turn it around if Kim lets me, allowing him to always check in on the store etc,. (Granted this would be if he complied and was ok with selling the business entity.
2. If Kim wont sell the business as an entity to us the people for him to retire, Id effectively by all the clothes left in his store clear him out and allow them to decide what they'd do with the property etc.
3. If Kim allows it place the thickest wad of cash into his hands (I dont think this will happen considering he wouldnt even take $400 from me).
