Help rescue my abducted daughter Rhian Toolan

Hi, my name is Tom Toolan and I am Rhian Toolan's biological father.

Summary

Rhian was abducted in 2018 and taken to Poland illegally. Rhian's abduction is a Criminal Offence under the 1984 UK Child Abduction Act. There is currently an International Arrest Warrant outstanding for Rhian's abductor/abuser Edyta Sonta a Polish National who lived in the UK for 23 years.

Why I need your help and Support

I am raising £5,000 so that I can continue to go to Poland as directed by the Polish Courts to assist with the rescue attempts of Rhian. As Rhian's legal guardian, I have to be present at each rescue attempt made by the Polish authorities.

The investigating Police Force is Suffolk Police, Crime Ref: 37/50572/18.

The Polish Government has publicly stated that they will not return British Children unlawfully abducted to and illegally retained in Poland irrespective of if that child abduction is a Criminal abduction or a Civil Abudciotn.

In terms of legal proceedings under the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction ie Hague Convention:

In summary, 10 courts, and 18 judges (all women) from two countries (UK & Poland) who are independent geographically and judicially have ordered Rhian's return to the UK including the UK High and Polish Supreme Courts, they have said that it is in Rhian's best interests.

There have been 7 attempts to rescue Rhian from her abductor/abuser under the Hague Convention, each attempt has failed because of the Polish Authorities and their unwillingness to go against the Polish Government Justice Minister Zbigniew Ziobro.

The last attempt to rescue Rhian took place on July 5th 2023, and as with all the other attempts, it failed.
