Sayon Camara, his family, and the village of Kouya Sidia in Guinea, West Africa, are facing a potential crisis. Their source of clean water—their village well—has broken, leaving the community without easy access to safe water. The well was originally installed thanks to the generosity of people in the United States, and it has been a lifeline for Sayon and his neighbors. Now, without the well, families must walk longer distances each day just to find clean water, making daily life much harder and putting their health at risk.
The funds raised through this campaign will go directly toward purchasing and installing a new pump and a new system of pipes for the well. The equipment will also need to be delivered to Kouya Sidia, ensuring that the community can once again rely on their well for clean, safe water. Your support will make a real difference to Sayon, his family, and everyone in the village.
Thank you for supporting Sayon. He has brought so much to our community here in the United States, and this is a chance to show him how much we appreciate and care for him. He has a strong connection with all of us, and since moving back to his village in Guinea, he misses us dearly. Your generosity will not only help his village but also remind Sayon that he is surrounded by friends who care, no matter where he is.
