Hi, my name is Karen Denton, owner of KSC Commercial Cleaning and founder of the KSC Bidding Consultant Program. KSC stands for Karen’s Second Chance—but the name is about so much more than me. It’s about hope, faith, and the power of believing that setbacks are just setups for comebacks.

My own journey is living proof. A few years ago, I survived 4 brain aneurysm and 2 open brain surgeries—an experience that changed my life and nearly took me out of the game completely. Doctors told me it would be a long road back, but I was determined not to let that be the end of my story. Through faith, grit, and the support of my community, I fought my way back—not just to recovery, but to a renewed sense of purpose. That’s why KSC isn’t my initials; it’s a symbol of second chances for anyone who’s ever faced hard times and wondered if they could start over.

The KSC Building is where that mission comes to life. It’s a space where I mentor others who are looking for a fresh start—people who want to build a business, change their life, or simply believe in themselves again. From free training sessions to business workshops and community events, this building has given so many the resources, support, and belief to keep going when life gets tough.

But today, the KSC Building needs your help. We’re facing urgent repairs—foundational work, plumbing, and critical updates—to keep our doors open and safe for everyone who relies on this place as a beacon of hope and opportunity. As someone who’s poured so much into helping others, I find myself in a rare position: needing a little help myself.
