We are a group of community organizers in Yucatan, Mexico that have had to move into a new space! Multiple orgs are supposed to utilize it for social, fundraising and other community events. We are excited to have found a place we can meet, however the space is not at all functional at the moment. The walls are falling apart, there is no bathroom, and most of the space has no roof. We have no fans or way of cooling people off in the heat or sun. Several of our members are disabled and they especially require these basic necessities in order to attend events here, though doing so will make it far more usable for everyone who wants to attend community functions. We are raising funds so that we can make the essential repairs necessary for its intended purpose. Consider helping us out and making a donation!

Somos un grupo de organizadores de la comunidad en Yucatán, MX que ha tenido que mudarse a un nuevo espacio! Múltiples organizaciones deberían estar haciendo eventos, recaudaciones y otro tipo de eventos comunitarios. Ahorita el espacio no es usable para nada. Las paredes están colapsando, no hay baño, y el espacio no tiene techo. No tenemos ventiladores ni climas para refrescar nuestros militantes del calor. Hay miembros discapacitados y ellos especialmente requieren estas acomodaciones básicas para poder asistir eventos aquí, esto ayudaría a volver espacio habitable/usable para toda las personas que asisten a nuestras funciones comunitarias.
