Help Restore the Charm of Biltmore Village
Donation protected
Hi . My name is Angela Maleh and I am the owner of the white lotus boutique here in what was the most beautiful part of Asheville, North Carolina. The historic Biltmore village.
If you have ever visited or drove through this part of Western North Carolina, you definitely understand how much charm, history, and beauty this part of Asheville has…
Last weekend hurricane Helen caused tremendous damage to our beautiful area, destroying every small business here in the historic Biltmore village.
The river waters rose 27 feet above its Crest and buildings were completely covered in water. Buildings turned to rubble, windows and storefronts demolished, 12” of Mud and debris scattered throughout the village and every business lost all their contents.
Many of us did not have flood insurance as we are here in the mountains, and the cost to rebuild our businesses and renovate our buildings will be tremendous.
But just as the white lotus flower grows out of the mud so will we. We are all determined to rebuild. To bring back this historic area and to re-create the Biltmore historic village with the same charm that once was.
But we need your help. We can’t do this alone. Every part of your donation will go to rebuilding, renovating and re-creating the small businesses here in the Biltmore village area.
Please, take a moment and click on link below and help us bring back this historic area , so that future generations can enjoy this for many more years to come. Thank you.
