Help Restore La Salsa Kitchen and Community

On July 8th, 2025, our beloved restaurant, La Salsa Kitchen in Ruidoso, NM, was devastated by unexpected flash floods that swept through our community. In just a matter of hours, years of hard work, memories, and livelihood were left underwater. The damage was catastrophic—not only to our business, but also to our amazing staff, their families, and many others in our tight-knit community.

La Salsa Kitchen has been more than just a restaurant—it’s been a gathering place for locals and visitors alike, serving fresh meals and creating memories for over 15 years. Now, we find ourselves facing an uphill battle to rebuild.

This fundraiser is to help our restaurant, our employees, and others affected in our community get back on their feet. Every dollar will go toward recovery efforts—restoring jobs, repairing damages, and supporting those who were hit the hardest by this disaster.
