<div>On July 8th, 2025, our beloved restaurant, La Salsa Kitchen in Ruidoso, NM, was devastated by unexpected flash floods that swept through our community. In just a matter of hours, years of hard work, memories, and livelihood were left underwater. The damage was catastrophic—not only to our business, but also to our amazing staff, their families, and many others in our tight-knit community.
