We need your help to restore something special to Fort Worth.
Hi, I’m Jim Hodgson, Executive Director of the OV-10 Bronco Association, Inc., doing business as the Fort Worth Aviation Museum. After the severe hailstorm on April 25, our museum—home to historic aircraft and hands-on exhibits that inspire thousands each year—sustained significant damage to both our aircraft and facilities.
We recognize that many in our community are facing far greater losses, including damage to homes and livelihoods. Our hearts are with those families, and we know their needs come first. For those who are in a position to also support community institutions like ours, we humbly ask for your help.
Our mission is simple but powerful: to give wings to youth and our community through aviation history. Today, that mission has been impacted.
The storm left visible damage across our grounds—from aircraft exteriors to gallery spaces where students, families, and veterans connect with aviation heritage. Your support will directly fund critical repairs, helping us restore exhibits, protect our aircraft, and fully reopen as a place of inspiration and learning.
Thanks to a generous supporter, we already have a $10,000 matching gift in place—meaning every dollar you give will be doubled.
With your help, we can preserve these historic aircraft, repair the damage, and continue inspiring the next generation.
Please consider donating and being part of the effort to keep Fort Worth’s aviation story alive.
