On the night of May 16th, my boyfriend’s family and I experienced a devastating house fire that completely changed our lives in a matter of minutes.

Thankfully, everyone made it out safely, but the damage to the home has been overwhelming. The kitchen was severely burned, there is extensive smoke damage throughout the entire house, and firefighters had to cut holes into multiple ceilings and parts of the roof in order to ventilate and stop the fire from spreading further.

Many of his family’s belongings have been damaged by smoke, water, and fire, and the home is currently not in livable condition. What was once a safe place for his family has now turned into a long and difficult recovery process.

We are creating this GoFundMe to help cover emergency housing, repairs, restoration costs, damaged belongings, essentials, and other unexpected expenses during this time.
