Help replace medical professional’s stolen scooter
Ethan Robins, a young father, ICU nurse, a hero and an Island resident had his
main mode of transportation ( a scooter) stolen from the Gooseberry Point
parking lot while working at the hospital. It was found and returned to him but is
so badly damaged that it is mostly
unusable.
Ethan was working in the ICU when my
husband was in the hospital having heart surgery. Ethan stayed up all night
watching Tom’s vital signs and
monitoring his condition during one of
the scariest times of our lives. He has
helped us and others in so many ways.
He and his young family are exactly the
kind of people that we want on our little
island. They participate in island
activities and help their neighbors when ever they can.
His talented children were in the
summer theatre program and also have
the summer lemonade stand at the
Saturday market. Ethan helps his elderly neighbor with her medical care and the whole family pitches in to pick up
garbage for her and the island wide clean up.
I can’t say enough good about this family and how important it is that we should
help others, especially those that help to make us better.
Ethan needs to replace his scooter that
was stolen and with a donation from you
and others, he will be able to do so. He
needs this transportation to help him get
to his very important work at the
hospital. He risks his life to help others.
Let’s come together to help him.
