Help for Emily after apartment fire
Donation protected
On Jan 27th, Emily Huddleston had to flee her townhome when the upstairs dryer malfunctioned and caught fire. She got out safe and Boba the cat was safe, but her possessions were not salvageable. Heavy smoke damage has put Emily out of furniture, clothes, mattresses, and other prized possessions. We've started this fundraiser after learning that the renter’s insurance policy for which the apartment complex has been collecting monthly premiums will not replace possessions. A few days ago, Emily made an instagram post about how the loss of several of her art projects has affected her. There's no replacing these treasured pieces and other personal items that carry memories. However, the generosity of those who are close to her will go a long way in helping Emily know how much she is valued. Please consider giving to help Emily rebuild!
