Hello, my name is Elvia, and yesterday, my brother's tricycle was stolen out of our backyard. Elmer has Down Syndrome and that tricycle was his favorite thing. I had a few people reach out about helping to replace it. If you'd like to donate, Elmer would appreciate that. We are hoping to replace the tricycle, the cover, and a new lock.
