My partners car was broken into Friday night - both front windows completely broken and in need of replacement. Both me and my roommate lost a collective total of about $600 in personal property that we cannot get compensation for since we do not have renters insurance. His insurance won’t cover his windows unless it’s anything past $500. He’s in a tough financial situation and cannot afford to replace them, but he needs to be able to use his car to get to and from work. The goal is $1100, the most important is covering $500 for the windows, anything is appreciated, thank you :,)
