Help replace an old truck for elderly neighbors

Hi there, I’m asking for help for my elderly neighbors who have an extremely old and completely rusted diesel truck. They are in desperate need of a safe and reliable replacement. I have some money saved that I will add to the total, but it’s not enough for a decent diesel truck in this market.
