Hello Neighbors! We are fundraising for a capital improvement to our neighborhood. The Viewridge Signage at Topanga Canyon Blvd is in need of repair. We have had three bids ranging from $14,000 to $35,000. We are raising extra for a contingency.

Please make a donation of any amount to help with this effort. The Viewridge Wall Sign fell due to the rain in 2024. We will waterproof the wall and replace the slate facade and Viewridge letters. This will help maintain the integrity of the wall itself and add value to our properties. If all 138 homes participate, it would be $110 per home. This is in addition to our $150/year voluntary dues. Your support is greatly appreciated.
