Greetings, residents and creators of Playtown!

We are reaching out because, like many big endeavors, a first-time festival can be both rewarding and a big risk. Many of us were cautiously optimistic that Playtown would be great, and we think it was more than great...it was awesome!

Part of the vision for a new world of sex positive space is that those that put their blood, sweat, and tears into the production of these spaces get compensated for their time, energy, and genius. Playtown has so much more to offer and grow into and we want to see the producers not only skim by but thrive.

The good news is that the venue, the vendors, and contractors got paid for participating in Playtown, but unfortunately, that meant that the main producers took the financial hit and didn't get compensated for the many hours of visioning, organizing, and producing the event.

As a couple of artists that got to participate in the magic of Playtown, we want to raise some money for Remy Jackalope and Malafore. If everyone in Playtown offered just $25 each, we'd reach our initial goal...of course giving more is definitely welcome.
