My name is Tirzah, and I am a student living in the United States. I am collecting funds for my friend Reham, whose family is in Gaza. Her message is below:

"I am Reham, along with my injured brother, Khalil Ali Naji, who has lost his left leg. We are without any financial or emotional support amid the ongoing violence and fears in the Gaza Strip. My brother is unable to protect his two young children, Ibrahim and Mohammed, who are both under the age of three. We are struggling to survive after our home was destroyed by a bomb targeting a neighboring house. We miraculously survived, emerging from the rubble, and now we are left searching for the bare minimum to live.

‏I am seeking your support to help us travel—my brother, his children, and myself—so that I can care for them alongside my sister, who is with me, and to provide my brother with a prosthetic leg to help him regain a semblance of normalcy. We hope to find safety and a chance to live like any normal family, secure in our future and the future of our education, which has been disrupted.
