I’m excited to share my project aimed at addressing abandoned and vacant building issues in Auburn Gresham. I’ve secured a commercial property from the County Land bank and plan to transform it into a vibrant space. The property will house my floral shop, featuring a community room adorned with artifacts reflecting our neighborhood’s rich history and showcasing local artists. Additionally, there will be 6 leaseable suites for small businesses, emphasizing sole proprietors, along with an inviting outside patio. A community garden and a space for a farmers market will further contribute to revitalizing the 79th corridor. Recognizing the challenges entrepreneurs face, especially with relocating, rehabbing , and staying in their neighborhoods, I’m reaching out for your support.
