We're the DSA Red Rabbits, a group of DSA security teams from various local chapters. We have been working with DSA National to provide security for the convention, and create a secure and peaceful environment for delegates. We have a number of full-time volunteers attending the convention.

There is currently no money in the DSA National budget to subsidize the travel of these volunteers. Everyone is self-funding, but some comrades do not have enough money to do it on their own. 

We are raising money to subsidize the volunteers who need the money to cover travel costs. We are hopeful that after the convention, DSA National will be able to reimburse the others, but it's up to us, the members to cover these costs in the meantime.
