THE FALLS sign.

after 3.5 years and multiple venders, we finally have a new granite sign for our neighborhood. For those that responded, this was the design that received the most votes. This sign is completely paid for by me. Now it’s time for neighbors helping neighbors. My total cost was $4550. I’m only hoping to recoup as close to $4000 as I can. With 100% of our neighborhood pitching in that would be around $200/each. I promise this sign will increase the resale value of everyone’s home 10 times that… but won’t show up on property taxes (win win).
