I have been a scout my whole life, and one of my favorite games to play with fellow scouts is gaga ball. When I saw that the gaga ball pit at my church was almost completely broken, I knew I wanted to do something about it. For my Eagle Scout Project, I decided to take on the challenge of rebuilding the pit so that the kids in the church's faith formation group would have a safe and fun place to play during their time together.

This project is important to me because I know how much joy and connection gaga ball brings to young people. By rebuilding the pit with the right materials, I hope to create a lasting space where kids can make memories for years to come. The funds raised will go directly toward purchasing the wood, screws, and cement needed to build a sturdy and safe gaga ball pit. Using proper materials means the pit will stand the test of time, rather than needing to be rebuilt again soon after.
