My name is Andrew, and I am raising money to repair my home. My wife and I are expecting our first baby, and we have been slowly getting ready for him or her to arrive. My wife and I had pretty much everything ready for the baby to come, but of course, that is when something unexpected always happens. A few days ago, the water heater in our basement started to leak, and the water went into the baby's room. The water damaged the drywall, carpet, and baby items we had purchased. I began cleaning up everything and replaced the water heater, but upon cleaning up some of the mess, I discovered some rotting wood and mold within the walls that had been there for some time.  We have made some progress, but it seems like we are running into more and more issues along the way.  Any help that can be given would be very much appreciated to help us get the baby's room ready when my wife delivers in late February, early March.
