Help Rebuild Philipsburg's Iconic Santa Claus
Donation protected
For over six decades, Philipsburg's 37.5-foot-tall Santa Claus has been a cherished symbol of holiday spirit and community pride. Created in 1962 by local artist Bill Adams as part of an American Legion project, this towering figure has delighted generations, standing as a testament to our town's rich traditions.
In December 2024, our beloved Santa was tragically destroyed by severe winds. The damage was so extensive that a complete rebuild is necessary to restore this iconic landmark.
We, the Philipsburg Elks Lodge & Country Club, have proudly maintained and displayed Santa since 2005, ensuring his presence at Cold Stream Park each holiday season. Now, we are reaching out to our community to help us bring Santa back.
