I am reaching out with deep urgency and humility. Hurricane Melissa has devastated my hometown of Falmouth, Trelawny, Jamaica — leaving my family homes severely damaged and unlivable. We’ve lost, roofing, essential furniture, appliances, and the basic comforts that make a house a home.

I am travelling to Jamaica very soon to support my elderly, sick parents and reconnect with my siblings and loved ones, whom I haven’t heard from since the storm. The emotional toll is immense, and the need is urgent.

This fundraiser will help:

Restore and repair our families homes

Replace vital household items like beds, refrigerators, and cooking equipment

Support others in our community who are equally affected and in need of daily essentials.

If you feel moved to contribute, your financial gift — no matter how small — will go directly to those in need through a credible, personal connection. I will ensure your support reaches the heart of the community quickly and meaningfully.

Thank you for standing with us in this difficult time of crisis. Your kindness means more than words can express.
