Hi everyone, this precious little lady needs our help!

After seeing the story on the news in our hometown of Memphis, TN, we knew we needed to step up and do something. A neighbor reached out to our local news station and reported to them that Ms. Marshall has been living in her car for the past 3 years. She is 81 years old and is non-verbal, battling throat cancer. She has lived in her home for over 40 years but for the past 3 years, she has been in her car in the driveway. A neighbor's tree fell on her house and did tremendous damage. It has split the home in half in areas with rain, debris, and dangerous infrastructures, making it completely unsafe and unlivable.

We own a small construction company in the area (Titan Construction)

and would love to rebuild her home for her. We've already had so many wonderful community volunteers step up to help, but this is going to be a huge project and we are asking for any donations to help in the process. She currently has a 3-bedroom, 2-bath home that we would like to duplicate as closely as possible.

We met with Ms. Marshall and her son last week, and she is the sweetest, most precious woman imaginable who has just fallen on extremely hard times as she battles health issues as well. She was extremely grateful and even told us she wasn't picky :) The news station has started a GoFundMe as well, but we don't want to touch the money that has been earned. She needs money to pay off the house, medical bills, health treatments, new furnishings inside the house once complete, and to be able to live comfortably with no worries for as long as she can. The money for this GoFundMe goes directly to building her new safe space... her home. We are strictly building this home through the help of donations and volunteers for materials only.

I know a lot of people are going through hard times as well, and if you're not able to donate, no worries. We understand and appreciate you reading about her story. But if you can, please know this is truly going to make all the difference in a well-deserved little lady's heart! For those that help, thank you from the bottom of our hearts! We will be documenting the process with pictures and videos for everyone to follow along over the coming weeks to show the progress. I'll update once we get the permits and a start date on where you can follow along. This isn't going to happen overnight, but we are determined to give Ms. Marshall her home back as quickly as possible. Every little bit helps.
