Help Rebuild Lives: Twin Brothers' Journey

Let the cultural exchange commence.

I am a Princeton High School graduate and a Johnson & Wales Bachelor of Science undergraduate in Culinary Nutrition telling you my story. I started the Nintendo fan group StreetPass Princeton with my twin brother. I left the group in 2014 due to health complications but still took my Nintendo 3DS around for StreetPass. StreetPass is a cultural exchange between two Nintendo 3DS systems. My love of Nintendo is one of my many passions in life.

We all went through some horrible experiences in life such as 9/11 or the pandemic. The worst experiences are through domestic abuse. Two years ago, I almost lost my life when my ex-boyfriend smashed my things and threw my stuff out the window Taylor Swift style. I cried. My twin brother saved my life by buying a bus ticket, but that event still haunts me.

In 2025, none of my family talk together like they used to either. This is a tragic turn of events that not only needs to stop but also needs to change for the better.

I currently reside in San Francisco and personally would like to stay to make the city better through my outreach by requesting financial assistance. The donations will be used to help create better YouTube, TikTok, Twitch, and even in-person events.

My twin brother also has aortic stenosis, a heart problem due to his birth complications.

While he has been living relatively okay for years, he has been showing unfortunate aspects of wear and tear. This must be fixed as well. While heart surgery is more expensive, I would rather fuel my career future to then take this forward for my brother to be saved. We must all fight our own battles, but some we cannot fight on our own. Help me and not only will we save StreetPass for Nintendo, we will also save my family, my twin brother, and most importantly, give power to a gay autistic man who has been mistreated and badly hurt for years.
