This holiday season, our family experienced a heartbreaking loss. After recently moving to a new state to start fresh, we were devastated when a house fire destroyed much of our home. The fire not only took our belongings but also left many items contaminated with toxic smoke. Most heartbreakingly, our 15-month-old daughter Emma’s cherished items—her clothes, toys, books, and essentials we worked hard to provide—were among the things we could not salvage.
We are currently staying in a hotel and will be spending Christmas here as we try to rebuild our lives. While we are incredibly thankful to be safe, rebuilding in a new place during what should be a joyful time has been overwhelming.
We’re reaching out to our community for support to help replace Emma’s belongings, cover basic necessities, and manage the unexpected expenses of rebuilding our lives after this tragedy.
Your generosity will bring hope and comfort to our family during this challenging time and help make the holiday season brighter for little Emma. No donation is too small, and if you’re unable to give, simply sharing our story would mean so much to us.
Thank you for standing with us as we work to recover and rebuild.
