Hello! I am Talicia Perry, born and raised in Arlington/Vineyard St.Elizabeth, Jamaica. Following the passage of Hurricane Melissa, Jamaica was left in absolute ruins, especially in Cornwall County. It is absolutely devastating and is far worse than what we see in the media. Majority of the people, including children, babies and elders, who I grew up with in my community are now left without a home or a place to stay, some areas are flooded, they are with little to no food and water, there is no electricity or service, they have very limited access to first aid items, the closest towns are destroyed and some roads are still impassable. It is a really hard time for us and it breaks everything in me to see the people I love experience these levels of extreme and they need your help.

Myself, in partnership with the Yeshua Church of God of Prophecy, have put together a Charity Drive for the communities of Fullerswood, Arlington and Vineyard, and we look forward to your help. All the funds will be donated to the people in these communities to assist in their journey to rebuild what was lost. Let’s lend a hand for Jamaica, every dollar and every donation counts and is well appreciated!
