Rebuild and Restore: Support Charlotte for Choice

Charlotte for Choice is an all-volunteer organization based in Charlotte, NC that fights to keep abortion safe, legal, and accessible for anyone who seeks abortion care. Rain or shine, Charlotte for Choice volunteer Clinic Escorts and Defenders are there to provide support for patients and to protect and shield them from the protestors on the sidewalk outside the clinic.

On the evening of October 25th, someone broke into the two locked sheds where Charlotte for Choice supplies are stored. The sheds were completely broken and almost everything of value was taken. This includes patient care items, walkie-talkies, body cameras, tripods, and more.

This fundraiser is to help Charlotte for Choice purchase the materials needed to build a new, more secure storage building and to replace the stolen items. We have a builder who has very generously offered to design, build, and install the new storage building at no charge for labor as long as we provide the materials needed for construction. Donations to this fundraiser will be used to purchase the needed materials for construction as well as additional items and resources needed to support patients.
