Help Rebuild a Life in Need
Donation protected
Mental health continues to be a taboo subject in our society. When so many are celebrating great accomplishments (as they should) - those of us parenting children struggling with anxiety and depression often go silent, and we feel alone.
It is never easy to ask for help, but my family needs help. My son has been struggling with anxiety and depression that has led to drug/alcohol addiction and all the bills and life struggles that go with that.
He wants to do better and has put himself in a rehab to learn how to handle his mental health that leads him to the bottle. Sadly, though, that help is not free and comes at high prices (even with what the insurance covers).
So I am asking for help from my friends and those who know my son - please show your support and that you believe in him too. He feels so alone and like the world does not see his value. A donation (even $5) shows him -- we are behind you. We believe in you.
Thank you for your help and breaking the silence - mental health and addiction should not be swept under the rug. It is a long, hard journey back - please let us know we are not alone in that journey.
