Help Raquel Martinez After a life Threatening Cardiac Event

Hi Everyone,

I am reaching out during one of the most difficult time of my life. In November I was one month in the hospital for a septic shock. Recently I suffered an extreme heart attack and numerous infections becuase I am diabetic. After my heart attack I was pronounce dead for 5 minutes,

Thanks toGod and the work of a medical team they revived me, but my journey is far from over. I am still hospitalize and facing a long road with medications, cardia rehab and ongoing care.
