The “Community Doula Hub” cooperative was born from the initiative of three women committed to the well-being of mothers, babies, and their families. United by their vocation for service and their interest in providing support during pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum, they decided to create a space where women could receive comprehensive, respectful, and compassionate support.

Upon recognizing the need for this type of support in their community, the three members chose to organize themselves as a cooperative, working collaboratively, equitably, and in solidarity. Although they are in their early stages, they share a clear vision: to provide a quality service that fosters trust, information, and the emotional well-being of each family.

From the beginning, “Community Doula Hub” has been founded on values ​​such as respect, empathy, teamwork, and social commitment. Furthermore, its members are committed to ongoing training to strengthen their knowledge and offer increasingly professional support.

As part of its mission, the cooperative also envisions itself as a training center, where they can train and guide people interested in becoming doulas. Through workshops, mentoring, and education, they seek to expand this service within the community and empower more people to support other families.

“Community Doula Hub” represents a new beginning, not only for its founders but also for the families and future doulas who will be part of this project, creating supportive networks and contributing to the well-being of their community.

La cooperativa “Community Doula Hub” nace de la iniciativa de tres mujeres comprometidas con el bienestar de las madres, bebés y sus familias. Unidas por su vocación de servicio y su interés en el acompañamiento durante el embarazo, parto y posparto, decidieron crear un espacio donde las mujeres puedan recibir apoyo integral, respetuoso y humano.

Al identificar la necesidad de este tipo de acompañamiento en su comunidad, las tres integrantes optaron por organizarse como cooperativa, trabajando de manera colaborativa, equitativa y solidaria. Aunque se encuentran en sus inicios, comparten una visión clara: brindar un servicio de calidad que promueva la confianza, la información y el bienestar emocional de cada familia.

Desde el comienzo, “Community Doula Hub” se fundamenta en valores como el respeto, la empatía, el trabajo en equipo y el compromiso social. Además, sus integrantes buscan capacitarse continuamente para fortalecer sus conocimientos y ofrecer un acompañamiento cada vez más profesional.

Como parte de su propósito, la cooperativa también se proyecta como un espacio de formación, donde puedan capacitar y orientar a personas interesadas en convertirse en doulas. A través de talleres, acompañamiento y educación, buscan expandir este servicio en la comunidad y empoderar a más personas para brindar apoyo a otras familias.

“Community Doula Hub” representa un nuevo comienzo, no solo para sus fundadoras, sino también para las familias y futuras doulas que formarán parte de este proyecto, creando lazos de apoyo y contribuyendo al bienestar de su comunidad.
