As some of you are aware we lost my nephew Dylan yesterday very sudden and unexpected,

Dylan was 17 years old and suffered from Epilepsy and a few other health problems.

He was well liked by a lot of people he tragically had a seizure in his sleep and unfortunately never woke up.

He leaves a Brother Jake and Sister Micheala and his mother Hannah.

I would therefore like to try and help raise money to help with funeral costs and maybe a memorial
