Mental health issues are on the rise, with systems overwhelmed and struggling to cope with a long waiting list.

Wisdom Coaching and Counselling Centre would like to be in a position to bridge the gap and help individuals in our local area gain quick access to counselling and coaching sessions. Our qualified team will support people with mental health and emotional well-being needs. Many can’t afford to access services which then stops them from receiving help. We are looking for funding to provide up to six free sessions for anyone struggling and needing that emotional support RIGHT NOW. Our vision is to offer a support network without long queues and red tape that can make a difference between life and death. We are inviting you to be a part of our community vision in the fight against mental health.
